Custom Client Portals by MIAGD

Our custom developed Client Portals will boost your client experience and industry presence, while streamlining your operations. Your clients will be able to login directly at your custom designed AdvisorFlex™ 2.0 Website and access the features and information you only want them to see.  We provide a handful of standard features, optional extensions, and custom programming to choose from. You’ll only get the features and functionality you want and need. We also offer custom programming for the integration of other 3rd party providers. This will allow your clients to view 3rd party information inside your Advisor Client Portal without having to login again somewhere else.

Efficient, Pro-active Communication with Your Clients

Let's say the market crashes and you have a lot of concerned clients. Instead of being "re-active" to each client, you can be "pro-active" by posting a blog article, podcast, or screencast within your Client Portal and notifying clients. Or you might conduct an impromptu webinar (web seminar) directly from your website.

Standard Features

   Signature Portal Login: This unique dark transparent dropdown is our signature Client Portal Login. When clients or prospects click the “Client Portal” tab on your AdvisorFlex™ 2.0 Website the portal login will slide down and they will be presented with two windows. The first will contain the benefits of your custom Client Portal. And the second will allow current clients to login or automatically retrieve a forgotten username and/or password.

   Automatic Username & Password Retrieval: A client lost their username or password? No problem, your AdvisorFlex™ 2.0 Website does the work for you. Simply direct them back to your portal login.

   User Registration: Clients or private users can register themselves on your public site (Open Registration) or you can create their account in the AdvisorFlex™ Administrative Control Panel (Private Registration). In either case they will automatically be emailed a message from your firm, notifying them of their new account and login instructions.


   Private Menus and Content : Once logged in your client will be able to access menus and content that is private from the outside world.


Optional Features

   Single Sign On (3rd party) Integration: We’ll work with your other industry service providers to integrate the information you want your clients to see inside your custom Client Portal. This means they won’t have to login again somewhere else. EXAMPLE: Once your client logs in to your Client Portal, they might see a new menu that contains a link named “My Reports”. When they click that link it can open up their personal portfolio reports from another source, inside of your AdvisorFlex 2.0 Website, without having to login again somewhere else.

   Secure 128 or 256-bit SSL: A dedicated Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with 128 or 256 bit encryption will help ensure your client’s confidential information is protected, while giving you piece of mind. GeoTrust® is the most reliable provider in the industry and well known within the financial services community. When clients login they will see https:// in the address bar and will be able to view your dedicated SSL certificate information.

   File Transfer Vault: Our file transfer system let’s you upload files (even in batches) from your AdvisorFlex Administrative Control Panel to your web space. Then you can set permissions for viewers, groups, or individual clients to view or download the files. Alternatively, your clients can upload files or signed documents into your Custom Client Portal. You’ll be notified and will also beable to see statistics for file transfers.

   Task Manager: Add this feature to your custom Client Portal to let them know where they are at within your process and what else needs to be done. Use it for clients, internal team members, and allied professionals.
   
   Blog: Add a blog to your custom Client Portal to post articles for your clients to read. These articles might be generated by you or someone within your firm or they might be from another external source. Find out more about our blogs here.
   
   Podcasts: Our Speak2Web Technology makes it easy for your to quickly add recorded podcasts to your Client Portal.    Screencasts: Screencasts are recorded videos of your computer screen. So you can quickly record a demo on your computer (with audio) and post it to your Client Portal. Then clients can login and watch these screencasts from within your custom Client Portal. This is a great way to explain outsourced services platforms ONE TIME! It might also be used to explain a process or market commentary.
   
   Webinars: A webinar (a contraction of the term "Web Seminar") is a hosted meeting in which you share (or allow people to see) your computer screen in real time, with online viewers (or in this case, your clients). GoToMeeting.com is a very popular provider of this service and they charge about $100/mo. But now you can save money and re-enforce your industry presence by hosting webinars directly from your AdvisorFlex 2.0 Website or Client Portal. So your clients can login to your Client Portal to watch your webinar instead of another service providers.
    
   Custom Programming: Have an idea that would help streamline your operations? Maybe auto-filling the forms you need to submit? The information could come from your client’s portal profile.
