Minnesota Inventor Auditions for Kelly Ripa’s TLC Show about Women Inventors

PR Log (Press Release) – Jun 16, 2009 – Talk with Debra Lindh and you’ll know she is an inventor.  From her big picture ideas, aspirations, ambition, and determination, Debra sets her sights high and keeps moving forward to achieve her dreams.  One dream is to appear on Kelly Ripa’s TLC show about women inventors.  A 3rd Generation entrepreneur, Debra believes she is the type of inventor TLC is looking to feature in their story about women inventors.  
   
Equipped with a transformational concept, Debra received a patent for her invention – the Messy Face™ bib.  A bib for children and a clothing protector for adults and people with disabilities, Debra hopes to impress and gain Kelly Ripa’s attention with her invention to win a spot in the TLC show about woman inventors.  

Debra Lindh’s ideas come to her with vigor to solve problems.  Debra thinks in terms of ‘there has to be a better way.’  Frustrated with conventional bibs that did little to keep her kids and their clothes clean as well as reduce the amount of laundry; Debra knew there had to be a better way.  After almost 3 years of prototype design, Debra invented the patented Messy Face™ bib; a solution bib with a high-collar neckline, oversize shoulder flaps, and a self-opening catch pocket.  

Debra received a notice about Kelly Ripa’s TLC casting call for woman inventors and began preparing for the audition.  A recipient of the 2009 Minnesota Inventors Congress Bronze Medallion Award and the 2008 Moms Best Award, Debra is experienced delivering presentations about the Messy Face™ bib and keeps moving forward.
