Corbus 2nd in the ‘India’s Best Companies to work for-2009’

Ltd., the leaders in IT and Procurement Outsourcing, today announced that it has been ranked 2nd in ITeS segment in the ‘India’s Best Companies to work for-2009’ survey. This survey was conducted by Great Place to Work® Institute India, India affiliate of The Great Place to Work® Institute, Inc., a research and management consultancy based in the U.S.

Jointly rolled out by The Economic Times and The Great Places to Work® Institute India, the study—in it’s sixth year—selected the 50 best workplaces in India. As many as 373 companies registered for the study from across 25 industry verticals for the best companies to work for in India. This year the study was certified by Suresh Surana & Associates, the sixth largest accounting and consultancy firm in India. Apart from a more equitable distribution, the study uniquely relied on employee feedback with as much as two-thirds weight given to this mechanism. Thus, the study not only observed, recorded and highlighted some of the best HR practices in the country, but also reviewed these practices as seen from the prism of employees.
