deVere & Partners, the largest independent international financial advisory firm announced today the launch of the 12 week deVere Graduate Training and Development Programme, providing graduates with the adequate skills and qualifications that will enable them to build a successful career in finance. The quarterly scheme is led by Karen Cooper, the Technical Development Officer, who currently oversees the management of the company’s training division.
“The Training Programme is intense and will require a lot of hard work from our graduates. Yet they will gain invaluable knowledge from this experience” said Nigel Green, CEO of deVere and Partners. “The course will ensure that candidates are equipped with the skills to become successful and qualified financial advisers, working alongside some of the leading experts in deVere”.
Graduates are trained in-house to become fully-qualified professional advisors. Upon completion of the course and obtainment of the Certificate in Financial Planning, they are offered the opportunity to join one of the Company’s forty offices worldwide. The first in a series of training programmes kicked off on 15th June. deVere & Partners are committed to employing more graduates who are after a long-term career in the financial sector.
