FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release)Jun 15, 2009 – RAZAR Technologies, a leading provider of green-tech customer communication and cost reduction technology, today announced a partnership with American Forests.  American Forests, a non-profit organization committed to growing and restoring forests throughout the world, has a goal of planting 3.2 million trees by the end of 2009.  RAZAR, a company dedicated to green-tech only solutions, has made a substantial commitment to help American Forests achieve that goal.

Using cutting edge technology, RAZAR enables companies to implement sustainable IT solutions that are non-invasive to existing processes, and that significantly reduce energy use, paper use and toner/ink production.  The company was looking for an alliance with an organization with the same commitment to environmental education and action.

“Collaborating with American Forests by joining their partner program was a natural step for us,” says RAZAR CEO Kent Krueger.  “They are smart and attack real environmental problems in the right way.  They assess what the issues are in an ecosystem and plant the trees that are best suited to maintain that system.  That is exactly how RAZAR works with our clients.  We believe there is a way for all businesses to work harmoniously with the environment, not just by being carbon neutral, but by leaving things better than we found them.”

American Forests executive director Deborah Gangloff is also excited about the partnership. “We are happy to work with Razar Technologies, a company that, like American Forests, always works to find the most eco-friendly solution to the challenges at hand. Their contributions will help us to plant trees in ecosystem restoration projects around the world.”

RAZAR is putting together a program that will make additional donations to plant trees in the name of organizations who purchase RAZAR’s sustainable IT solutions.  The company plans to announce the official launch of their tree-planting program in July.
