New Master Licensees for Mars Venus Coaching in Colorado

PR Log (Press Release) – Jun 14, 2009 – Mars Venus Coaching recently announced that Pam and Scott Lippitt have joined the Coaching family as Master Franchisees of Colorado and certified Mars Venus success coaches.  The Lippitts have been married for 18 years and have two sons.   Scott specialize in results and relationship coaching, and believes that extraordinary results can only be achieved with clarity, focus and personal accountability, and through trusting, respectful and productive relationships… with subordinates, superiors, management, board of directors, partners, team, suppliers/vendors and customers.

Scott is a highly experienced executive and consultant with more than 25 years of hands-on marketing, advertising, public relations and management experience.  After completing his undergraduate degree at Duke University, Scott went on to Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business where he received his Masters in Business Administration (MBA).

Scott cut his teeth in marketing and management at one of the largest advertising agencies, and one of the best training organizations in the world (Ogilvy), where he worked on such high visibility national accounts, such as Hershey’s, Hallmark, Hardee’s and Duracell.  From there Scott enjoyed senior-level, advertising agency positions (leading the strategic positioning and advertising programs for Progressive Insurance, Arby’s, Stroh’s Brewing and others) and senior corporate management positions at American Cyanamid, Black & Decker and Quiznos.

Scott coaches business owners, CEO’s and executives to deliver outstanding results, be more productive, have greater confidence in their decisions, and gain the balanced life they deserve.  He helps his clients work in a more focused and purposeful manner; by holding them accountable for having their actions match their intentions, and by helping them create motivating and supportive work relationships.  He accomplishes all this in a systematic approach that includes assessment, alignment, 90-day goal setting, action planning and continuous reviews.

Pam Lippitt is a graduate of Ithaca College.  After spending 13 years in top New York and Baltimore advertising agencies; managing multi-million dollar accounts like Pan American Airlines, Bufferin Aspirin, Gorton’s of Gloucester, Ford, as well as a variety of other businesses… she traded it all in to stay at home with her two boys. However, staying at home never really was “staying at home”….it turned into freelance marketing work and never ending volunteer opportunities; ranging from helping create a new domestic violence organization, co-authoring a cookbook for Children’s Hospital of Denver, and fundraising for multiple schools, Children’s Hospital and most recently, the Kidney Foundation of Colorado events.

Pam knew her the next profession step in her life needed to combine her professional experience and training, with her passion to mentor others.  That’s when she discovered Mars Venus Coaching.  It is the perfect outlet for her business and personal experiences.  She is able to use the Mars Venus coaching training, as well as her background in marketing, advertising and motherhood to coach others, particularly women, to make more money, be more productive and find the balanced life we all want and deserve.
