All Empowered, a community based 501c3 non profit corporation has added yoga classes to their suite of services. This will provide an opportunity to experience yoga to those who want or need yoga, but have not enrolled in a class, mainly due to financial concerns. The classes will begin on July 7, 2009 and the cost is $8.00 per class. People with special financial circumstances can receive an even lower rate upon completion of a short questionnaire. The classes focus on relaxation, stress reduction, and meditation. The schedule is 7pm Tues, Thurs, & 10am Sat at Rejuvenate Spas in downtown Atlanta and 7pm Weds & Thurs @ the Composition Gallery in Candler Park.
