Twitter TV Coming to You Live from Hollywood, CA

June 14, 2009 - PRLog -- Twitter TV Live was recently launched by Connection Films, LLC as a 24-hour Internet Broadcast of live and prerecorded 30-60-120 minute show formats based on content from the popular social network, Twitter.  Carlton Enoch, Connection Films CEO and host of the network's anchor show Twitter Unleashed stated today, “The network is increasingly gaining momentum with invitations to do Twitter media coverage at the Award shows and live show broadcast from some of the hottest night spots in Hollywood, CA.”  

The network covered the MTV Awards Gift Suites for two days and let celebrities give out verbal tweets and signed up those that didn't have a Twitter page.  Most recently, Twitter TV Live aired its live music broadcast Twitter 'wit' the Flow from The Viper Room on Thursday night during the clubs Tweet-up event with several live bands and rebroadcast the show on Friday at its regular scheduled time.

The Viper Room, formerly owned by Johnny Depp is one of Hollywood's hottest live music night spots, and is currently owned by Harry Morton, President and CEO of Pink Taco, and the son of Hard Rock Cafe co-founder Peter Morton.  Twitter TV Live and The Viper Room began their relationship from a single tweet on Twitter, which resulted in a live on air call for free exposure for the club from Chelsea Schwartz, the booking agent.  

The Viper Room's nostalgic history includes it being the site of actor River Phoenix's death in 1993 on Halloween morning from a drug overdose, yet it has remained one of the most popular hang-outs for Hollywood's A-Listers including Jennifer Aniston and Sean Penn.  

Twitter TV Live has been opening new doors in the Hollywood community bringing forth its new live shows that are all about what's happening on Twitter.  With Twitter's popularity as the hottest social network internationally, Twitter TV Live is creating a foundation that boost the interest of the Twitter application even higher as it brings the tweets to life on a live Internet television broadcast.

Twitter Unleashed  is CNN meets SNL and airs Monday – Wednesday from 5 pm to 7  pm PST

Twitter 'wit' the Flow is American Idol meets MTV and airs Fridays from 5 pm to 6 pm PST

This week the broadcast will air live from the historic Green Room on Hollywood Blvd, ½ block from the Kodak Theatre, the home of the Academy Awards.  There is no cover charge and audience members are encouraged to join the show and share their verbal tweets with the viewing audience and may bring their laptops and Blackberries so they can send out tweets to their followers during the live on air broadcast.
