According to Metheny, winning bids must meet the reserve amount pre-determined by the seller. Buyers must pre-qualify with Universal American Mortgage Company, Lennar’s preferred lender, and be non-contingent, meaning they must be able to purchase a home they are bidding without selling another home first.
