TAMPA, Fla. All Tampa area prospective homebuyers can set their price during Lennar’s Sealed Bid Home Auction event happening from Sunday, June 14 through Saturday, June 20 at two of Lennar’s Tampa area townhome communities.

According to Metheny, winning bids must meet the reserve amount pre-determined by the seller. Buyers must pre-qualify with Universal American Mortgage Company, Lennar’s preferred lender, and be non-contingent, meaning they must be able to purchase a home they are bidding without selling another home first.
