In Sanford, Lennar’s Celery Estates features single-family homes with floor plans ranging from 1,350 to 1,854 square feet with new homes currently priced from the $150s. This community is located just minutes from the Lake Mary and Heathrow area.
Lennar’s Kissimmee area communities participating include The Shire at West Haven a resort community featuring single-family vacation homes ranging from 1,862 to 3,212 square feet. Homes currently start in the $220s. Lennar’s Paradise Palms offers a resort style community featuring vacation townhomes ranging in size from 1,780 to 1,967 square feet. Townhomes start in the $290s. These Lennar communities are conveniently located near all of Central Florida’s world famous entertainment attractions.

According to Metheny, winning bids must meet the reserve amount pre-determined by the seller. Buyers must pre-qualify with Universal American Mortgage Company, Lennar’s preferred lender, and be non-contingent, meaning they must be able to purchase a home they are bidding without selling another home first.
