The position is a new strategic post, and recognizes the increasing impact and opportunity provided by the effective use of technology and the internet to streamline company business, develop customer opportunities and relationships and accelerate company growth. Accountable directly to Robert Yamaguchi Merit’s Nevada based CEO Deborah will be responsible for spearheading Merit’s business development strategy across the enterprise. Deborah’s first priority will be the implementation of a CRM solution to improve client interaction and Merit’s responsiveness. Incorporating social networking and in-depth Agent training will be the next step to ensure Merit Realty maintains it's eminent position in the market as well as lay the ground work for future company expansion in other markets across the Soutwest.

Deborah, a new arrival to Las Vegas from the UK has brought a wealth of experience in the use of technology for business. Prior to Merit Deborah worked with a range of US and UK based High Tech companies specializing in business transformation applications. Her experience includes the use of unifying technology such as CRM, Virtual Environments and e-communication tools.
Deborah, who is based at Merit’s East side office, said “Technology is an enabler facilitating the connection across an organization, a market or an account.
