Expetec franchisees, Robin and Crystal Kumpula, currently own Northwind IT and have joined the Expetec franchise system. Robin and Crystal recently returned from completing the comprehensive training program at the Corporate Headquarters in Aberdeen, SD. This training taught them how to effectively manage, own and run their IT business.
