Condado de Alhama Golf
Progress continues on the Nicklaus Signature course at the Polaris World Condado de Alhama resort in Murcia, Spain.
The latest estimate is November 2009 for the course to be fully completed, playable by December 2009 - the full 18 holes. Maybe that is optimistic but there's no doubting the fantastic progress that has been made.

The course at Condado de Alhama will be the first Jack Nicklaus Signature course on the six Polaris World resorts based in Murcia, Spain.
There is no doubting that the scenery and setting is spectacular with views to the mountains at Sierra Espuna offered as a backdrop to the golf. As the course turns green it provides an incredible view from the frontline penthouse apartments overlooking the course.
The penthouse apartments, originally priced from 137,400 Euros have been reduced recently following the credit crisis. Frontline apartments with golf views at Condado de Alhama can now be purchased for an incredible 105,000 Euros.
With the upturn witnessed in recent months many of the less expensive properties have been snapped up. Now is the time to buy at Condado de Alhama with prices up to 25% lower than their peak of 2007 and as completion of the resort becomes reality.
Meanwhile progress on the Foro town centre at Condado de Alhama suggests this will be ready by July 2009. Again, Polaris World have not disappointed in what they are delivering in terms of quality and style of this town centre.
