RALEIGH, N.C.– Billie Redmond, CEO of Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties (www.cbctmp.com), has announced that Jim Harris and Nick Greene, commercial real estate advisors with the firm, have assisted the non profit group, Easter Seals UCP of North Carolina, in the leasing of 16,377 square feet of office space at the Beta Center located at 5171 Glenwood Avenue in Raleigh.  This seven-year lease agreement has a total lease value of more than $1.7 million, and was co-brokered by Harold Rich of Rich Commercial Realty.
