Surrey Kinesiologist, Rick Kaselj, Presenting Rotator Cuff Injury Exercise Teleseminar to Kinesiologists Across Canada
Surrey, BC – Thursday, June 10, 2009 – Surrey Kinesiologist, Rick Kaselj, will be presenting a follow up teleseminar for Kinesiologists across Canada. Rick has been asked by the Canadian Kinesiology Alliance (CKA) to present again to their members on rotator cuff exercises. In May, Rick Kaselj had done a sold out Exercise Rehabilitation of the Rotator Cuff webinar but CKA members wanted more so Rick will be doing a follow-up teleseminar to Kinesiologists across Canada. The CKA is the national association for Kinesiologists in Canada. Rick Kaselj will be presenting on his masters project titled, “Therapeutic Exercises Continuum for the Rotator Cuff”. Rick’s masters project focused on the most effective exercises for the rotator cuff which appeared in the Canadian Journal of Kinesiology in the fall of 2008.
What: Exercise Rehabilitation of the Rotator Cuff Teleseminar
The rotator cuff muscles are the most frequently injured muscle in the shoulder. The most common exercise given to strengthen the rotator cuff is standing external rotation, yet this exercise is not effective in targeting all of the rotator cuff muscles. If you prescribe this exercise to strengthen the rotator cuff muscles, then you need to attend this research based exercise teleseminar. You will learn the most effective exercises that target all of the rotator cuff muscles and a progressive rotator cuff program to fully rehabilitate your client’s rotator cuff injuries.
When: 1:00 pm on Wednesday, June 17, 2009
Where: Teleseminar
