The investigation by a law firm focuses on potential breaches of fiduciary duty and other violations of state law by the Board of Directors of Axsys Technologies, Inc.(Nasdaq:AXYS) arising out of their attempt to sell Axsys to General Dynamics Corp. The Company operates in two business segments: the Surveillance Systems Group and the Imaging Systems Group.
