Nick's Concessions Greek Flare to participate in Trenton Mid-Summer Festival

PRLog (Press Release) – Jun 11, 2009 – Nick and Dina Biselas came to the US from Greece in 1968 to start selling balloons and peanuts from a little push cart and traveled from city to city. They worked most of the time in downtown Detroit.

Today it is operated by the second generation of John and Frank Biselas who are experienced in high volume food service. If you are looking for good eats, they offer authentic greek gyros, shish ka bob, sauasage, greek salad, butterfly chips and more.

They look forward to serving familiar faces and new friends at this years Trenton Mid-Summer Festival July 10-12, 2009
