The purpose of this organization is Created to develop initiatives against poverty, their members are representatives of State Institutions and Civil Society, they aim to create social policies and promote programs and plans against poverty.  They work with the most needed population and people in risk, who have no sources, no jobs and that are abandoned by the State.  this organization have any religious affiliations  Catholic Church  this organization founded inJanuary 18, 2001 they funded  In Peru more than half of the Population live under poverty conditions. Due to this, they can not use their basic rights (social, economics, cultural and political). This organization need volunteers because They need volunteers (specifically Anthropologist and/or Sociologist) to help resolving social conflicts between the State and the Communities of these Rural areas. The tasks will you be required to fulfi Volunteers with capacity of identifying problems, analytic thinking and able to propose alternative solutions. Volunteers will take interviews to parts involved and present a Plan of Action at the end of his/her job. How many days per week will you be working? From Monday to Friday. What age-range will you be working with? People between 25 and 60. The kind of background may be useful at this placemen: Anthropologist and/or Sociologist Will you be required to operate any special equipment  People with difficulties to get adapted to a totally different culture.
