PRLog - Jun. 10, 2009 - TORONTO, Canada -- Sales volume in the luxury home sector for the York Region communities of Vaughan, Richmond Hill, and Markham were up 59.2% over April, with 78 units selling in May compared to 49 in April. There is room for cautious optimism, as monthly number of units sold has posted a slow but steady increase since December 2008, when there were only 10 firm transactions.  Despite the continuous onslaught of bad news all around us, the seasonal influences of the spring market have made their appearance known.
