MADISON, WI,– Commercial Tenant Advisors, LLC is pleased to have represented the South Central Library System for their new, 11,000 square foot headquarters on Madison’s east side. SCLS provides technical, educational and IT support to 52 public libraries throughout 7 counties, including all Madison branches. The goal was to secure a new facility where all of SCLS’s office and computer support operations could be housed under one roof. 4610 S. Biltmore Lane, Madison, Wisconsin, will house the new facility and will display SCLS’s sign at the top of the building, which will be visible to the thousands of commuters who drive along American Parkway each day. Commercial Tenant Advisors’ Managing Principal, Tim Rikkers represented SCLS. The landlord, St. John Properties, Inc. represented themselves in this transaction.
