As travellers increasingly demand additional services and more personalisation, BCS Universal is now offering to a select number of agents the opportunity to expand their portfolio of offerings and tap into high-end concierge service revenues.
BCS Universal is an established provider of premium business concierge services to the world’s travelling elite – from corporate travellers and high net worth individuals to diplomats and celebrities. Its services in London, for example, include prestigious business lounge, meeting room and boardroom facilities in west London, luxury serviced apartments and chauffeured vehicles.
Now, through BCS’s unique i-Business Concept, all these services are to be made available to a limited number of resale agents. Available on a white-labelled basis, travel agents – for example – will be able to either broaden the range of business services they offer to key clients or, alternatively, market themselves to newer market segments.
To ensure consistency of presentation to customers, BCS will even provide a complimentary website – with full descriptions of its services and an interactive photo gallery – that agents can customise with their own logos, colour scheme and domain name.
