PRLog (Press Release) - Jun 08, 2009 -
Bristan has launched a new initiative aimed at teaching school children about the importance of water efficiency.

Teaming up with with the National Schools Partnership, Bristan have launched an innovative new classroom pack aimed at educating primary school children about the importance of saving water.

The downloadable Ecosmart Water Conservation pack has already been requested by 1,000 schools across the country ahead of the summer term. It includes educational resources to help teach children and their parents about the serious issue of water conservation in a fun and interactive way.

The introduction of the teaching pack forms part of Bristan's long term strategy to promote water saving in the UK and supports the launch of ecosmart, the company's own water efficient product range.

Developed by teachers and designed by the National Schools Partnership for Bristan, the Ecosmart Water Conservation Pack includes a host of fun lesson plans and activities for teachers and their classes. A dedicated homework task also encourages the children to involve their parents in identifying how they can save water in their own home.
