Mental toughness expert Steve Siebold offers some new hope for the obese and overweight population. He discovered a new way to lose weight – think yourself thin.
Siebold teaches people to think like a fit person by using mental toughness techniques to control their thoughts and attitudes. “When you learn to think like a fit person and use the techniques daily, you will get fit and lose weight permanently,”
His method is simple and is 100% effective, he says. Siebold discovered it after five years of research, hundreds of interviews of fat and fit people and losing 40 pounds with it in 12 weeks himself.
His new book, Die Fat or Get Tough: 101 Differences in Thinking Between Fat People and Fit People, will be published in July 2009. He found that fat and fit people think quite differently. (The book’s website is www.diefatbook.com.)
For example, “Fat people believe diets don’t work because they can’t stick to them,” according to Siebold. “Fit people believe people don’t work because they don’t have the mental toughness to stay on a diet.”
[Note to media: Siebold lives in Gainesville, Georgia and Boynton Beach, Florida. He is a top professional speaker with radio and TV experience and makes a great interview. He can give an audience “5 tips to think yourself thin.”]
