A new book has just been published on the internet which can change everything we know today about good food and healthy diets.

Five years ago, Kirsten Plotkin asked herself; why are so many people suddenly getting fat?  As someone who had struggled with a weight problem for years, she decided to take it a step further.  She thought she’d look for an answer where no one else ever seemed to look … in the past. She was completely surprised to find the answer, almost by accident.
There she was, with an amazing discovery, knowing that she lacked the credibility to make any kind of public announcement. She feared the controversial information would draw attacks and ridicule from many substantial vested interests.  So she held on to her secret for five years.

During the five years, she assumed a research lab or a medical institution would make the same discovery, but to her amazement, no one ever did. She was more than happy to use the secret on herself and in time she came to realize why her weight loss stayed permanent.  She had gained complete control of her weight. But what most surprised her was that she appeared to have cured all her symptoms of type2 diabetes; A condition which had plagued her for years.

Today Kirsten has been without a weight problem for five years.  She has never felt better, she is fit, she looks great and she very rarely gets as much as a common cold.  Needless to say, she is slim and she says she will remain that way for the rest of her life, without a diet, without going hungry and without cravings.

She realized that while she waited for someone else to make the same discovery, she had managed to acquire five years experience with positive, personal data, based entirely on her own findings. By this time, she felt that since no one else had come forward, she had an obligation to share her discovery with others. So she decided to compile everything she knew into a book which she has called My Own Plan.

Kirsten is not professionally trained, but she is an avid student of social and political history.  She also has 30 years experience in what it means to struggle with a persistent weight problem.  She has personal experience with every diet launched by reputable ‘experts’ for the last thirty years.  In the course of that time, she spent several years under the care of a physician and at the direction of a qualified dietician.  Until her discovery she relied entirely on the advice of professionals.

Because she lives in distant Australia, Kirsten decided to publish her book on the internet. Since weight problems now affect around sixty percent of the population, and as the last five years accounts for a big part of that increase, Kirsten feels it is now critical for her to reach the greatest number of people.  She worries, with good cause, that the next five years is likely to see an even greater explosion of obesity.

Kirsten feels certain that anyone who follows My-Own-Plan will gain the same benefits she has.
