Clients of the Premier Visa Service need to complete the National Visas’ Online Assessment. Results will be reviewed by Registered Migration Agents to confirm that the client is applying for the most appropriate visa. As part of the Premier Visa Service a Registered Migration Agent reviews the documentation, prepares and lodges the visa application and liaises with relevant governing authorities on behalf of the client. Clients are kept informed about the status of their application. Registered Migration Agents are there to ensure that the application is being processes as quickly as possible and they also help resolve any issues that may arise during the processing of the visa application.
This service is inclusive of online immigration advice. Clients will receive specialized access to National Visas’ Online Message Centre. Here, clients can ask any questions they may have during their visa application process and a Registered Migration Agent will answer them via email.
If clients require additional help with their visa application process, paid phone consultation is available for both Australian and International residents. Clients may get in contact with Migration Agents by dialing +61 (0) 3 8646 3148 and the consultation will be charged to a credit card. Australian residents also have the option of charging the consultation to the user’s phone bill by calling 1900 900 010 ($2.95/minute inc GST). All phone services are provided by Infodial.
Paid video consultations are also available at National Visas’ website. This service lets clients directly interact with National Visa Migration Agents via their own computers. Agents are equipped with webcams and microphones so clients can see and hear them when they enter the private consultation room.
