Canadian Mining Juniors are Ready To Move Higher with Commodities

It appears that the new commodity boom is having a direct impact on the junior mining market in Canada. The economies of China and India have recovered from the credit crunch and they have spurred renewed demand in commodities across the board. We have seen broad based advances in copper, oil and gold. The market in potash , coal , and heating oil are also responding to market forces and are moving higher.

The TSXv which is the junior market in Canada has seen increased financing activity and share prices of many juniors have seen rapid and sustained rises in traded volume and price. This increase in demand is the snap back caused by the massive sell off from hedge fund liquidations at the height of the credit crunch in the US.
