With TimeCard users plan and report their time totally in the Outlook calendar. For each appointment they select one, two or three admin defined properties from dropdown lists, and when it is time to report they do that too inside Outlook. Quick and correct!
A secondary mailbox is a shared mailbox that you have access to, and you can have as many as you need. Since TimeCard V4.3 can now be used in such a mailbox, you can let one person, for example a secretary, make appointments for one or several other persons. The TimeCard toolbar will be shown in all calendars, so it is possible to report appointments from them all.
