Environmental Energy Products, LLC, an Idaho Limited Liability Company announced its formation on May 20, 2009. The Company also announced the execution of a Marketing and Distribution Agreement with RMM Marketing Group, LLC for the purpose of marketing fuel additive products developed by Centron Energy Corporation, including the Centron Fuel Enhancer – a patented, environmentally safe, fuel additive.
