Another VCNAA Commission Member ResignsPaul Bell has officially resigned from the Vermont Commission on Native American Affairs as of last Tuesday. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE This, (http://www.vcnaa.com) Governor Douglas on January 16, 2009 appointed Paul Davis Bell from Colchester, VT to replace Charlene McManis on the Vermont Commission on Native American Affairs. Paul Bell is a member of the St Francis/Sokoki Band of Abenaki Indians of Missisquoi. He was a former Tribal Council member.
