Gold Bullion’s Magic Ride – SOCI and USCN are cheap on this pullback in gold – We expect gold, SOCI and USCN to trade much higher.

Investors have been on a roller coaster ride this week as gold has fluctuated wildly from day to day.

This morning’s job report in the US has put big pressure on gold and we have watched the price of bullion retreat by $20.

This move has to be taken in the context of a bull market which began below $300 per ounce seven years ago.  

Our belief is that the long term bull market is intact for gold.  Many investors are easily influenced by daily news reports.  We urge everyone to consider the macro issues which face the US economy on a going forward basis.

Inflation will become an issue.  The US has a mountain of debt.  This new debt will necessitate the printing of more dollars and more many dollars will lead to a collapse of the USD.  This collapse will snap gold back to anywhere between $1500 and $2000 an ounce.

We think investors should take a hard look at gold plays which are under the radar of most investors.  Buying before the crowd always makes you money.

SOCI (http://www.southernenergycompany.com/) is on our alert list because it has a growing portfolio of near production properties in both gold and coal.  The company has operation in Chile and Argentina.  Revenue for SOCI could top $10 million per year starting next year.  Production costs in South America and very low which make SOCI very profitable.

USCN (http://www.uscanadianmin.com/) is being followed by our team because of the huge property they own in Kingman , Arizona.  The COD Mine has gold above ground in the form tailings which are worth $5 million at these prices.  USCN is set to make all sorts of money at these prices and if gold doubles the revenue figures will be that much greater.  On top of the tailings, USCN plans to put COD into production.  The proven, probable, and projected reserves have been estimated to be worth in excess of $400 million.
