The company has experience in Undertaking manufacturing and service related activities of transformers which includes, capacity enhancement, external modification, life enhancement and also repair of transformers. The manufacturing unit at Chennai in Tamil Nadu State has a built up area of 10,000 sq. feet land. Manufacturing capacity totals 300 MVA per year

Building: Factory Building measures 20000 sq.feet with pre-engineered building for Manufacturing Power & Distribution Transformers . Power: Connected Load 400 HP Generator: 160 KVA Generator stand by available.
Machinery: Winding Section: This section has 3Nos of HV Winding Machine , 2 No of LV winding Machine and 1 No Disc Winding machine. Insulation Section: This section has Press and Pre- compressed Board cutting machines like Band saw Machine, Treadle Shearing Machine and Power Press Core & Coil Assembly Section: This section has Core Building bench and Coil Assembly area Hot Air Chamber: We have OVENs with motorized Trolley and Automatic Temperature Control Digital Panel. Tanking and Finishing Section: We have Bi-Directional Movable EOT Crane of 35 ton & 5 Tons. Oil Filteration Plant: We have a High Vacuum Oil filtration Machine, Capacity: 2400 lph. Painting Section: We have a Double Cylinder Air Compressor for spray painting.
Test Lab: We have a fully equipped Test Lab with all the calibrated Instruments to meet the latest standards.
Special Feat ures :
• We are providing upto 4MVA arc/ induction furnace transformers that have the capability to withstand short-circuits. Further, its superior features like low noise, economical operation, compact design etc, have made the range highly popular in the market. We also have ability to customize the range as per the specific requirements of the customers.
OVERHAULING
Life enhancement by taking up total insulation changing, oil filtration/ replacement, sludge removal from the windings, replacement of gaskets, servicing of accessories, painting and routine testing.
