June 4, 2009 - PRLog -- Firstly i wish to make a point here, that telemarketing can sometimes receive a bad name due to those pushy, or nasty calls i think we have all experienced from a telemarketing company at one point or another. Now "these" telemarketing calls should be banned, i totally agree to that, i activley inforce rules within my call centre to prevent this ever happening under my company name and reputation, although it has happend a few times over the years it is dealt with on a very serious level to deter staff from having bad customer service skills. The bottom line is if all telemarketing companies followed these rules of being non pushy and polite to all contacts then the industry would have a much stronger reputation and presence within the business world. Now the reason i mention this is that i honestly belive that bad marketing has just as dramatic effects as positive marketing does, and either one can affect your business, so you need to carefully select your call centre when you are deciding to get telemarketing done for your business as you want to insure that profits increase rather than decrease.

Now telemarketing is used as much as it should be by businesses who don't know much about the industry as they simply aren't aware of the positive force that telemarketing can be when executed  correctly and proffessionally.
