The interface is intended to streamline the entire business operation and includes customizable data dashboards. Within a dashboard, groups of customers, products, suppliers, and enterprise level information help the software user to organize and understand all of the data within their system.
The dashboards feature faster data access, enhanced queries and reports, and complete integration. Transaction remarks and notes appear with retrieved data, and data can be seen in a grid view, detail view, or by grouped rows. Grids can be exported to Excel, while Outlook integration enables calendars to appear on the data dashboards. Context menus allow users to quickly edit data and drill down to related inquiries, boosting productivity by reducing the number of clicks to navigate the software. The interface also provides customized workspaces by allowing the saving of different views.
