Power2Motivate provides employers with an online platform to administer an employee rewards system, based upon the employee being rewarded with points for achieving performance goals and demonstrating company values. Nathan Kitchner, General Manager of Power2Motivate, has discovered an interesting phenomenon with the spending patterns of points from the 750,000 employees current receiving rewards points from the system – during times of economic crisis their generosity towards charitable causes has actually increased.
