Dallas, Texas – To assist companies which have been forced to slash their training budgets, Pursuit of Excellence, Inc., has launched a campaign to recruit and train a team of independent coaches and facilitators. These recruits will be certified in a variety of training modalities and specialized programs designed to supply leadership and management training to corporate executives and imanagers.
A Career Open House is scheduled for June 11, 2009, at 4:00pm at the Pursuit of Excellence, Inc., Conference Center, located at 10440 N. Central Expressway, 10th Floor, Dallas, Texas 75248. Any person with a desire to become a certified Independent Trainer, Coach or Facilitator may attend.
As a direct result of a declining economy many small to medium sized companies have been forced to decrease or eliminate internal training programs. According to Marie Diaz, CEO of Pursuit of Excellence, Inc., a Dallas based Human Resources Outsource Provider, “In this marketplace, companies are wise to reduce costs and reallocate available resources to shore up their core competencies. However, the need for adequate and focused training is now even more critical to enable personnel to adapt to rapid change and accept new roles and assignments. Companies need training programs which provide immediate impact, are closely tailored to their specific needs, and which produce measurable results.”
The wave of corporate downsizing has created a pool of job hunters many of which are highly skilled and experienced personnel. The Company believes that by training these individuals to teach and facilitate corporate leadership programs, will provide a positive impact on the business community as a whole.
