| Lennar Continues Its Money-saving Opportunities In Sacramento— If You Snooze, You May Just LoseAs part of Lennar’s Snooze and Lose campaign, the homebuilder has put together the best combination of government tax credits, reduced pricing and low rates, making a Lennar home a reality for many homebuyers.

Combined, the two tax credits can save homebuyers up to $18,000—but time and money are running out. If homebuyers snooze too long, they may just lose these offers. In addition, Universal American Mortgage Company of California, Lennar’s preferred lender, is offering for only a limited time some of the company’s lowest interest rates. With 10 different communities across the Sacramento area, Lennar offers homebuyers distinct floor plans to choose from at prices that best meet their needs. This weekend, Lennar is releasing six new homes in Roseville and Rancho Cordova. Recently released homes are also available at Shenandoah at Blackstone in El Dorado Hills.
