Head And Neck Support (HANS) is a special design to prevent whiplash injuries that occurs in racing car accidents. HANS has a color made of carbon fiber and is firmly secured to the upper portion of the body and attached to the helmet with the help of straps. This method prevents the head being thrown forward during accidents. HANS system is proved to be the best successful method to prevent whiplash in racing car accidents. If this method of whiplash prevention system HANS can be used in regular cars many major neck injuries during accidents can be prevented. 4. Saab has specially designed seat backs which will support your body to remain in line with your head thus reducing the stress on your neck to prevent jerks to the neck during accidents. Proper adjustment of head restraint can also prevent whiplash injuries in motor vehicle accidents.
