LiKailin will show Fan Xioyan's "Physical Attachment 4" at ArtAsia Basel
Following the inaugural success of Miami 08, ART ASIA will once again partner with its sister fair SCOPE in Basel, Switzerland, making its debut on June 8-14, 2009. Located within SCOPE’s newly built venue on Sportplatz Landhof, ART ASIA’s premier location is situated within a short distance from Art 40 Basel on Riehenstrasse.
With an increasing buying audience for Asian contemporary art, ART ASIA Basel will present a highly selective list of international galleries showcasing the finest examples of paintings, drawings, prints, photography, sculpture, and mixed media from emerging and established Asian contemporary artists. ART ASIA’s new initiative will give younger galleries the opportunity to debut on international platforms while continuing to invite
leading Asian contemporary galleries to participate in the world-class fair.
One such "younger gallery" is LiKailin, whose Owner and Director is delighted to be showing artists such as Tian Taiquan, Yang Yongliang and Fan Xiaoyan - as well as more established artsists such as Shen Jindong and Lin Hairong. LiKailin are also bringing a number of artists who are almost straight out of art school in what promises to be a very exciting Booth. You can catch LiKailin at Booth C137 of the ArtAsia Pavilion.
