Troy-based public accounting and consulting firm, Moore Stephens Doeren Mayhew, has named two new directors in the firm: James Miesowicz and Jeffrey McCann. Both have been promoted from the positions of international tax managers.
James Miesowicz, CPA – International Tax Director
Mr. Miesowicz has been with Moore Stephens Doeren Mayhew since 2007. He is a graduate of Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Jim has over 17 years of experience in public accounting, including significant tax experience with U.S. entities that are foreign owned.
Jeffrey McCann, CPA – International Tax Director
Mr. McCann has been with Moore Stephens Doeren Mayhew since 2006. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Jeff’s areas of expertise include foreign assignment planning to minimize tax exposure for long-term and short-term assignments;
