NORTHVILLE, Mich. – We’re almost at the mid point of 2009 and New Year’s Resolutions are now a thing of the past. However, for Oakland County women who made a weight loss resolution as they rang in 2009 – but have since forgotten all about it – Oakland County’s Adventure Bootcamps is ready to help them finish strong.
“Just because you stopped going to the gym and counting calories months ago doesn’t mean that you have to give up on your 2009 New Year’s weight loss resolution” said Dave Krainiak, program director and head coach for Oakland County’s Adventure Bootcamps. “You can easily get started on June 1 with our four week training sessions. Best of all, all of the classes are for women of all fitness levels which really makes beginners feel more comfortable working out in our programs.”
Oakland County’s Adventure Bootcamps offers a number of morning sessions all around the area including Farmington Hills, Northville, Rochester Hills and even in Royal Oak. Sessions take place weekdays at 5:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. The cost for three days is only $189 while rapid results from five-day sessions are only $299.
“Compare that to five-day a week sessions with a personal trainer at around $75 per hour and its easy to see that Oakland County’s Adventure Bootcamps are an affordable and effective way to relaunch your New Year’s weight loss resolution,”
Oakland County’s Adventure Bootcamps also has an eight-week Saturday-only class starting this weekend at 8 a.m. at the Farmington Hills Baptist Church. For a very affordable $99, women can get back on their fitness goal with only one hour per week.
“We get more done in a day before most of Michigan even wakes up,” joked Krainiak. “It’s amazing how the simple act of getting started can make an important difference towards better fitness and weight loss attitudes.”
Women with bigger weight loss goals that currently weigh 200 pounds or more, Oakland County’s Adventure Bootcamps will be featuring a very special evening Biggest Loser Fat Loss Camp in Royal Oak. The program addressing the special needs of women with bigger goals will take place at Lamphere High School from June 1 – 26 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
“We are really going to make a difference in the lives of Oakland County’s women this year,” Krainiak said. “What an exciting last six months to be part of our program.”
