BIO: I accidentally stumbled into music around 5 years ago when a friend introduced me to her college friends Politicks, a band that had formed at Radford University. After my first few Politicks shows I found myself promoting their shows, handing out flyers and selling tickets.
With a background in Public Relations and Media, I wasn't looking for a career in local music, but it ended up becoming a major part of my life.
After working Sundance Film Festival for Stella Artois in the winter of 2007, I was offered the position of Director of Public Relations and Band Sponsorships at Liberte Clothing in Burke, VA. During my time at Liberte, I began working with several bands, promoters and venues in the DC/MD/VA area.
It was during this time that I met the man who would come to affectionately be called my "Papi," Wes-Lee of Locals Only Radio. I have been privilaged to work with Wes promoting not only his high-energy local shows but also major fundraisers for deserving charities.
