After nearly a decade of running a thriving door-to-door computer repair service built on word-of-mouth referrals, they needed a brick and mortar service center to manage its steady growth and need to be centralized.
By January 2009, they knew they made the right decision. Their unparalleled customer service proved to be stronger than any marketing strategy the big boys campaigned. Word of mouth, the way it used to be, rivaled any viral marketing tactic on the Internet.
Staying true to their good old-fashioned customer service business model, they recognized the increased demand for adding remote support to their portfolio of services. Not just because the competition used this cutting-edge technology to troubleshoot computers over a computer network; customers were frequently requesting it.
In March 2009, the team expanded their services from a walk-in authorized service center / retail store and on-site service program to include remote technology in order to virtually troubleshoot computers for both new and existing customers.
The team continues to grow exponentially, providing support services to the individual whose laptop keeps freezing to major build outs of system networks for small to large businesses.
