Tickle Your Tummy, Nut-Free Cookie Co.Inc. was founded by Jennifer Montoni in 2003 when she learned her daughter was allergic to nuts. Like any child who craves cookies, Jennifer knew she had to develop a cookie that was healthy , safe yet fun for her daughter and other children who are allergic to consume. Now in 2009 Tickle Your Tummy Cookies, Brownies and Custom Cakes all nut free, are available in Canada and the USA

When Jennifer read about Monica and Teens 4 A Cause she was impressed that a young teen wanted to help children suffering with illnesses.
Jennifer went to work and developed the Teens 4 A Cause Cookie. She will provide cookies for Monica and other teens to sell in order to raise funds for the two charities, National Children's Leukemia Foundation and the Sick Kids Foundation in Toronto.
Monica was overwhelmed when she received the call that Tickle Your Tummy was developing a cookie to help her cause.
About Monica:
When Monica was a little girl she suffered a serious accident that could have been life threatening. She recalls being scared in the hospital, missing her Mom and Dad, her brothers and sisters and being apprehensive about her hospital surroundings.
After she recovered she returned home and back to her daily life, yet the feeling of how she felt in the hospital never left her. “ I knew one day when I was older I wanted to find a way to help other kids who are sick or injured, stated Monica”.
A few months ago Monica became the featured subject of a heartwarming children's book about her accident titled: Monica and The Zamboni - www.monicahealy.com
Monica chose to donate portions of the proceeds from the book to The Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto. That made her feel wonderful to be able to help the kids even in a small way. She knew it was time to take action and now try to help more kids in a bigger way. Monica with the help of family and friends has officially launched, Teens 4 A Cause. Her goal is to help raise 1 million dollars for The Sick Kids Foundation in Toronto and the National Children’s Leukemia Foundation based in New York City.

“My goal may appear to be a massive one. I'm not even sure if I can achieve it, but with the help of other teens and their families in North America, I truly believe we can achieve the goal of raising the money that will help so many kids.”
Monica in the past few weeks has been interviewed on Radio and TV Talk Shows. Donations have begun to come in to both Charities.
Her efforts have drawn attention from all over North America including an endorsement from Former U.S. Senator Mike Gravel, “ I applaud Monica and all the teens involved with Teens 4 A Cause. Our countries need more young people like Monica to make a difference.”
Monica is asking for teens in North America to step up and take action with her. If they can give up one movie ticket, or pizza and instead send a few pennies or dollars to either charity, together all teens will make a difference. Already joining her efforts are teens in the USA and Canada, Taylor McDermott from NJ, Nicholas Langevin from Connecticut, Sean Rose from NJ, Danielle, Cameron and Devin Healy from Ontario. But she needs the help of many more teens. Any teen interested in joining the Board of Directors can contact Monica.
Monica feels she has only just begun and she won't stop until she has reached her goal!
