New Brunswick, NJ -- What could be better than spending a day on the links, far from the care and concerns of everyday life? Spending a day on the links in support of a prominent local theatre – that’s what! Celebrating the end of its successful 2008-09 season – its 35th – George Street Playhouse invites golfers to spend a day on the links to support the New Brunswick theatre and its programs. The Tournament will be held on the Banks Course of the Forsgate Country Club in Monroe Township on Monday, June 22.
Golfers of all skill levels are welcome. The event includes everything you need for a memorable day of golf, including two delicious meals and fantastic prizes. George Street Playhouse invites foursomes to play in a scramble format, which allows each golfer to tee off, and then all members will hit from the location of the best ball.
The fee for an individual golfer is $400 – proper golf attire must be worn at all times while utilizing the practice facility and golf course. In addition to participating as a golfer, there are numerous sponsorship opportunities available.
