PR Log (Press Release)May 29, 2009 – China Connection Global Healthcare, the pioneering leader in destination healthcare, today announced the addition of Wu Stem Cell Medical Center (“WSCMC”) in Beijing to its Destination HealthCare™ network.  Dr. Like Wu, M.D., Ph.D., Managing Director and Chief Neurologist of WSCMC and China Connection Global Healthcare CEO Ruth Lycke announced a long-term working agreement under which China Connection will become the exclusive partner for patients from outside China being admitted to WSCMC.

Wu Stem Cell Medical Center is committed to advancing research and providing definitive diagnosis and treatment for a diverse community of patients with complex neurological diseases.  The staff, led by Dr. Wu and Dr. Xiaojuan Wang, M.D., Ph.D., Deputy Director of WSCMC, has successfully treated over 800 patients suffering from neurological conditions.  The hospital utilizes neural, hRPE and adult stem cells in its work.  In addition to stem cell treatment, WSCMC provides patients with physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and traditional Chinese medicine treatment as part of its comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation programs.
