The new dedupe solution’s advanced features will enable better Risk Management by controlling credit quality at the application origination stage as well as managing credit exposures to existing customers. Matching record pairs are identified by checking against both external data sources like RBI, CIBIL and other shared sources, and internal sources like negative list and various Transaction Processing systems. The solution also presents a Unified Customer View, providing customer level risk, delinquency and product usage information, thereby enabling informed decisions for further exposures and product cross sell and up sell.
The solution offers unique user configurable algorithms including phonetic functions, combination matches and data validation and replacement functions. The Advanced Address Matches have variable match thresholds and is tailor-made for the Indian data scenarios. Other features include high- performance Online Deduplication capability, efficient management of the manual review process, audit trail and reporting.
