By: Tracy Aiello To beat the heat, Bruegger’s has added the Mocha Brueggaccino to its summer menu. The blended frozen coffee drink with a hint of chocolate is a twist on the company’s popular Brueggaccino, introduced in 2008. Also new for the summer is Bruegger’s cold-brewed Iced Coffee now in two flavors and featured at all Bruegger’s locations. Unlike iced coffees that lose flavor during cooling, Bruegger's prepares its drink using a cold-brewed method to ensure a refreshing, full flavored cup every time. Bruegger’s is also bringing back a breakfast favorite due to popular demand. The spinach and cheddar omelet sandwich, made on a hot-from-the- “We listen to our guests and we note the limited time offers they request time and time again,” said Bruegger’s CEO Jim Greco. “The Brueggaccino was introduced last year and was an instant hit. And the spinach and cheddar omelet sandwich has been so successful, adding it to our menu was an easy decision.” The summer menu items are an addition to an already-growing menu that includes the company’s new signature sandwiches and paninis introduced in early 2009.
