Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida, Inc. welcomes John Doramus as the organization’
Doramus has more than 18 years of experience in corporate accounting and management, and over a decade of financial consulting experience. His areas of expertise include financial and strategic planning, profit enhancement, and budget development and control.
Most recently, Doramus was president of Global Priority One, S.P., Inc., performing independent financial consulting with a focus on project funding for humanitarian work.
His humanitarian efforts extend beyond his financial career: Doramus currently is a disaster assessment volunteer with the Lee County Red Cross, and supervised the Lee County disaster assessments after Hurricanes Wilma and Charley. He is also a former member of the Harry Chapin Food Bank’s board of directors.
Doramus is a C.P.A. and received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Idaho State University.
Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida, Inc. serves Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Hendry and Glades counties with 24 Retail & Donation Centers, seven Job-Link career assistance offices, 12 housing communities for people with disabilities and low-income seniors, the Four Wheels for Work vehicle assistance program, and the L.I.F.E. Academy charter school.
