The Quick Load Corner is made specifically to fit your vision stage. The QLC varies in size depending on your stage, the size of your new and existing fixtures, and the mounting hole locations on your stage. If you have more than one vision system of the same brand, your QLC may mount to all of them. A drawing from our engineering staff will be provided showing the dimensions and mounting holes used to secure the QLC to your stage. Either modular or custom subplates from R&R can be used with the QLC. Steel pins are pressed into the sides of these plates to match up to the magnets on the QLC. The size of subplates for the QLC are typically 150x150mm or 250x250mm making them ideal for vision machines measuring 400 x 400 and smallerR&R can also adapt your existing fixturing so it can also be magnetically attached in a matter of seconds. While one fixture is running, another can be loaded with parts or built up, keeping your vision system continuously running and productive. For more flexibility, serrations are included on the edges of the QLC. Parts can be inspected by mounting them directly against these serrations using either M4 or 1/4-20 fixture clamping components. The serrations allow easy viewing and access around your part.
