Focusing on local wines of both large wineries and smaller production wineries Vinoteca is proud to offer a special tasting enviroment. Also Vinoteca has enhanced the food paring and menu avaialble for customers. The new look includes custom woodworked bar and tasting tables. In addition, Vinoteca is now focusing on live entertainment Friday and Saturday evenings with names like Robert Longley, Beth Lambert, and Preston Smith . A focus of the week for Vinoteca is the tradiional wednesday night winemaker night. Here local wineries and winemakers gather to taste and discuss technique with the host winery.
